I'm thinking I may just have to break down and get a pair. You have to admit, the concept is pretty genius. They talk of increasing muscle activation up to 28% in the gluteus maximus, 11% in thighs and hamstrings, and 11% in the calves. nice booty. great sole. Reebok EasyTone shoes have been getting us all talking AND with commercials like this it's hard not to:
According to Reebok, they have built-in balance pods (think bosu ball) under the heel and forefoot of the shoes which create a natural instability when you walk. This forces muscles to adapt which encourages toning. So it doesn't eliminate our need to workout but it will give a little pep to our step...and they're actually pretty cute. Score a pair at Dick's Sporting Goods in the Lycoming Mall or on Reebok's website. Don't mind if I do! But hey, your move.
If you've already splurged...thoughts??
